About
YESA
YESA's approach to any
assignment is guided by the following principles:
- If
something is worth doing, it is worth doing well.
- Adequate funding
is indispensable for doing a good job, only commitment
makes for excellence.
We understand development as a process that leads to secure
and adequate consumption of basic needs or the income to obtain them.
We define basic needs as food, health, shelter, education, culture,
choice and security. Our commitment to development, requires us to
reflect, analyse and learn from our experience as well as those of
others. YESA subscribes to the philosophy that all development
interventions are policy experiments. YESA personnel and associates are
students as well as practitioners of development.
